The Wolf + The Raven (breathwork ceremony for refuge + illumination)

 Come join Fabiano Mannino & Heather Radke for 'The Wolf & The Raven - Breathwork for Refuge & Illumination'. 

Fabiano Mannino is the Founder and Leader of Men of Refuge, an organization helping men become safe refuge for everything they desire in life. At Men of Refuge, he leads men to a path of understanding how to fully provide for the life they want to live, how to serve the world in a meaningful way, and how to align themselves with the sacred intimate partnership they’ve always desired. Fabiano is trained in Somatic Breathwork and uses it to guide both groups and private clients. Everything he teaches is to create a world where the first thing anyone feels when a man walks in the room is “I am safe here. I am protected here and this is my shelter.

Heather Radke has a healing arts practice (Heather Radke Holistics) in South Tampa. She helps people rediscover the truth of who they are with Flower Essences as a catalyst for growth. Heather uses healing modalities such as sound therapy, energy work, guided meditation and breathwork in her private sessions. She also holds ceremony for Illumination Breathwork to guide others in releasing all that no longer serves them. Heather's greatest joy is helping people find their journey to wholeness and healing through the lens of love. She gently guides sessions in a way that her clients find what they need to transform and alchemize their lives. 

Together, Fabiano & Heather will take you on an epic, healing journey through the breath with an embodiment experience. Your nervous system is the electrical network of your being. Over time, unresolved trauma or chronic stress causes dis-regulation of this network. When dis-regulated, difficulties in your personal or professional life arise. When you heal trauma and stress, you heal the electrical network of your nervous system. When you heal the nervous system, you heal the emotional self  so your authentic self can emerge. The breathwork Fabiano & Heather lead together employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world. 

A few things to note:

• The doors open 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony (6:45 pm) and close at the start time of (7:00). Once the doors are closed, to protect the sacred container, we will not be admitting any late attendees. Please plan for travel and parking times. 
• Parking is directly in front of The Collective as well as on the street. It is advised that you carpool as spaces are limited.
• Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, a journal & pen and a non-glass water bottle. 
• Don't eat a large meal before ceremony. Dress comfortably.
