Create your own Smoke Cleanse Bundle + Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Come learn the art of creating a Smoke Cleanse Bundle for your space + self. We will begin with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony to honor the energy of natures healing elements. It's a great heart energy center opener as well. 

Alex Martin is a holistic self care artist. She's the Owner and Creator of Pure Virgo and has an online boutique where her coveted and beautiful hand-crafted products focus on cleansing and self care. She brings awareness, honor and respect as to how other cultures hold sacred practices. Alex leads Goddess Circles and educates on how to cleanse the energy field. And also how to incorporate practical ways to welcome self care in our lives. Alex's philosophy is that Mother Nature and her healing botanicals are awaiting us to simply open our hearts and receive from her. 

Heather Radke has her healing arts practice (Heather Radke Holistics) right in the Luminous Healing Arts Center. She helps people rediscover the truth of who they are with Flower Essences as a catalyst for growth. Heather uses healing modalities such as sound, energy work, guided meditation and breathwork in her private sessions. She also holds ceremony for Illumination Breathwork to guide others in releasing all that no longer serves them. Her deck is 'Spark the Spirit - Flower Essence Oracle'. Heather's greatest joy is helping people find their journey to wholeness. 

A few things to note:

• The doors open 15 minutes before (1:45) the start of the workshop and close at the workshop start (2:00).
• Parking is directly in front of, and on the side of the building. There is also a lot in front of the strip mall next door.
• If you have a small meditation cushion (only big enough for your tush), feel free to bring it as we will be sitting circle style.
