A few things to know...

✨ We hope to see you on Zoom this Sunday, January 28th, from 5-8 EST. This event is live and will NOT be recorded. You must attend in person.

✨Be prepared to be on camera as it creates a vibrant energy for the workshop to see ALL your smiling faces!!!

✨Be sure to have a journal ready to jot down notes.

✨We will share PDFs with all the ritual instructions after the class!

✨Please have a quiet, private spot for you to do the movement portion of the workshop. It will last about 45 minutes. You will be lying on the floor (prepare a yoga mat if you have hardwood or tile) and standing to move. You may wish to have a blanket nearby for the end of the Non-Linear Movement as you will lie down to integrate. You will turn off your camera for the movement portion of the class.
