Journaling with the New Moon Workshop

Come learn the art of self reflection through journaling with the moon cycles at The Heather Radke Holisitcs Studio in Ballast Point. Heather is hosting Alexandria Noell and is super excited to once again bring her gifts and expertise in.

Alexandria Noell is a Holistic Self Care Artist. She's the Owner and Creator of Pure Virgo and has an online boutique where her coveted and beautiful hand-crafted products focus on cleansing and self care. She brings awareness, honor and respect as to how other cultures hold sacred practices. Alexandria leads Goddess Circles + Workshops and educates on how to cleanse the energy field as well as how to incorporate practical ways to welcome self care in our lives. Her philosophy is that Mother Nature and her healing botanicals are awaiting us to simply open our hearts and receive from her. Alexandria is also a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and incorporates many different healing frequencies to assist in her circles and workshops. 

The June 26th New Moon in Cancer is all about reflection. When we connect with the energy of the moon, we connect with the cycles of nature and our own internal universe. This allows us to ponder about life, our dreams, goals, and relationships. When we incorporate journaling into this practice, we have the ability to grow deeper into our purpose and manifest the life we want. In this circle workshop, you'll have the opportunity to learn all about the different phases of the moon and her 3 powerful feminine archetypes. Alexandria will share how to journal through each phase as well as incorporate astrology to better develop our clarity and goals. She will guide you through an embodiment meditation to support you as you embark on your intentions. This circle is a time to gather with like-minded individuals who are looking to heal and expand while embracing their vulnerability.

A few things to note:

• The doors open 15 minutes before (6:45) the start of the workshop and close AT the workshop start (7:00) to protect the sacred container and honor the circle.
• Parking is directly in front of, and on the side of the building. There is also a lot in front of the strip mall next door.
• Please bring a journal, pen and closed container of water.
