Illumination Breathwork Ceremony 12/21

To close out the year, I'm offering half off my remaining breathwork ceremonies. 

December is the perfect month to bring light to the shadow. Going into the New Year is a perfect time to release all the things that aren't serving you any longer. 

My illumination style of breathwork is a trasformative way to shine a light as you journey in with the breath. It's a time of clearing, awakening and release. I blend the wisdom of the shamans with the tenderness and compassion of the angels to guide you on your journey.

In this sacred ceremony, I will be using guided visualizations, deep breathing, vibrational sound, epic music, shamanic drums, singing bowls, chimes, energy healing, essential oils and expansion techniques. This journey will assist you in emerging lighter, brighter and clearer so that you can go forth and shine in your fullest capacity.

What to bring:

• A journal & pen for the integration
• A bottle of water
• Please wear comfortable clothing

** Do not eat a large meal prior to the ceremony. **

** Doors open 15 minutes prior to ceremony at 5:45 pm and close at ceremony time (6:00 pm).

Due to the limited space in ceremonies, there are no refunds for no-shows or partial attendence.
